Returns
In case you receive a damaged or wrong item our Returns and Refunds policy allows you to activate your insurance service, within 5 days from the date of receipt, and request a replacement of the wrong or damaged item.
All the items we sell and ship are covered by a full-value, all-risks insurance.
To facilitate the activation of insurance procedures, we recommend that you do not unpack the goods if the received package appears to be damaged. Instead, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible.
Cancelling an order
Order cancellations with no specific reason are not allowed under our current Returns and Refunds policy. You can cancel your order only in case of flawed, damaged or wrong item received.
Faulty items
It is our aim that every item arrives in good conditions and without manufacturing errors. If you receive the wrong item or you receive it in a flawed or damaged condition, please get in touch with our Customer Service. Where possible we will immediately arrange for a replacement.
