In case you receive a damaged or wrong item our Returns and Refunds policy allows you to activate your insurance service and receive back the whole amount payed for the item and reported in your invoice.
All the items we sell and ship are covered by a full-value, all-risks insurance.
In order for the insurance activation process to be smooth and quick, we warmly suggest to do not unpack the goods if you see that the package received is damaged, but get in touch with one of our Customer Service Assistants. You will be requested to prove the damage firstly, and to prove that the item arrived already damaged to your address secondly. It might often be of help to have photos of the damaged package taken before the item is unpacked.
Cancelling an Order
Order cancellations made with no specific reason are not allowed under our current Returns and Refunds policy. You can cancel your order only in case of flawed, damaged or wrong item received.
It is our aim that every item arrives in good conditions and without manufacturing errors. If you receive the wrong item or you receive it in a flawed or damaged condition, please get in touch with our Customer Service. Where possible we will immediately arrange for a replacement to be sent to you or a refund to be arranged for defective or wrong item.
