How To Find Products
On Brera Interni you may find products in multiple ways. The easiest way is to browse using the navigation menu, divided by product category (Furniture, Kitchen, Accessories, Lighting, Outdoor, Sale) or by type of area (Living Room, Bedroom) located at the top of each page.
Alternatively, you may choose to browse by brand. By clicking on the Brand button, located on the right side of the navigation menu, you may navigate the list of brands available, click on one and start exploring its catalogue.
The last way, is to use the search box, located right above the navigation menu, at the top of each page.
How to Order and Checkout
If you wish to order an item, select the size, finish, color and the quantity you want to order, and then add it to Quotation Request. You may continue shopping, adding more items to your Quotation Request, or you may submit your request. You will get a reply within 24 hours with an accurate quotation for the desired products.
Alternatively, you may get in touch with us via one of the Customer Service Forms located all around the site (on the product page, on the Get in Touch page, etc.). Write us specifying the name of the product you like, the size, finish, color and quantity, and we will get back with our best price for the item.
Once in touch with the Customer Service, they will provide all the relevant information regarding the desired item(s), will give you technical advisory and will source and report you the order logistic quotation (included of shipping, assembly and insurance costs).
Once you have the total quotation (item(s) price quotation + logistic quotation) you can proceed to checkout.
Before proceeding to the payment page, your Customer Service Assistant will forward the order proforma invoice, which will report the order details (billing address, the destination address, the logistics costs and the taxes (when applicable)). Approved the invoice you will receive to you e-mail address the online checkout link. On the checkout page you can easily proceed to payment with your credit/debit card.
All the transactions will be securely managed via our private Stripe corporate account. All the major credit/debit cards are accepted.
Once you have placed your order you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail before we initiate the order processing phase. In the subsequent weeks, you will be in touch with your Customer Service Assistant to get updates on the order. They will be glad to keep you updated on the manufacturing stage, the pick-up and ship stage, the assembly process and even after.
